I've been riding a skateboard for years and loved it, but as soon as my mate introduced me to streetboarding, I've never gone back. They're a evolved version of a snakeboard and you can in theory do any trick on one of these that you can on a snowboard. They carve just like a snowboard too. Check out some more vids of the comp on youtube. Type in 'Reel Life 00' and check out the others, they're a lot better shot and the riding quality is a hell of a lot better too.

ah right yeh, i remember you mate. how are ya? i havn't met anyone in absolutely ages. everyone seems to have stopped riding, seems as though i'm the only one that's left. i bought a demo 8 two years back, still have it but hardly been able to ride it. do you know any new riders? definately hook up with you guys some time again!
